Last look at the foundation…from 300 feet!
Our godson, Alex, would have loved being here today - biggie truck and a biggie kite!! Kent dropped off giant bundles of lumber - gosh, that must mean they’re framing soon! We caught the driver in the act! He was operating the crane on a seat outside the truck, scooping up a bundle at a time, swinging it around and placing it gently down beside the foundation. What precision! The wind was in our favor and we snapped a few arial shots of the foundation from the six foot rokkaku before the frame goes up. It won’t be long now before we’re looking through our front door!
