We walk the lot!
It’s Tuesday, March 15, 2005. This morning we were up and out at an early 8am 
We met with our project co-ordinator, Shawn at the lot to discuss the orientation of the lot, the location of the septic field and the proposed location of the house. We were excited to find that the house would rest on a nice flat plateau near the halfway point on the lot which would not require any changes to the orientation of the proposed houseplans. The septic field will be downhill from the house allowing for a straight forward gravity fed system. We’ve set a meeting with the developer to sign our building contract this Friday (March 18)…. we can’t believe it’s all going to be starting soon!
