Time Line…
It’s time to get started, the best way to start things off is with a time line based on what we have already accomplished to this point.
- April 2004 - Start talking with developer about lot options
- September 2004 - Still talking with developer about lot options and now House plans
- October 2004 - Lot picked, house plan selection still going
- November 2004 - House plan selected, revisions underway
- December 2004 - Subdivision approvals not slated until Februrary, plan is to start build in April
- February 2005 - More revisions to house plan
- March 14, 2005 - Sold our existing house! Wahooo!
Septermber 1 is the closing for the sale of our home!!! It’s so exciting to think that it’s only a few months away!
